The Dog Mover provides the very best pet transportation service at a very reasonable cost. If you need your posh pooch moved from one place to another, we can offer a door-to-door service that is second to none. We cater for journeys of any length - from local trips to a vet or kennels, through to relocations abroad. Every trip we make has the pampered pet's welfare as the top priority - he/she will travel in a safe, comfortable environment, with an experienced handler for company at all times, and will arrive at the destination as calm and relaxed as possible. We are fully insured and licensed by Defra to transport all animals over any distance. We choose to concentrate on what we really know about - dogs, but are more than happy to carry cats, birds, snakes, etc, etc...
We always travel by road, in a superb VW MPV with air-conditioning and Defra-approved travel crates with comfortable Vet-Bedding. Our handlers are non-smokers and are very experienced drivers and dog owners. Long journeys are undertaken by two handlers who share the driving and pet-care responsibilities, which include regular "toilet" breaks, feeding and exercising (always on-lead). This also means that your handsome hound is never left alone. We also have an on-board 'fridge and carry fresh food and water. Overnight stops, where required, are made at tried and trusted, pet-friendly establishments (at no extra cost). For peace of mind, regular contact between the client and the handlers is maintained by phone, texts and/or email. We offer a regular scheduled service between UK, France and Spain; a chartered service for exclusive trips to/from any location; and an urgent service giving 24/7 call-out for those times when you really need help fast!
